LIFE AT AN OUTPOST CAMP

This should be one of the most memorable experiences of your life!

Here are a few suggestions that may help.

Each person is a unique individual, that should be respected.

Every guest enjoys a certain standard of cleanliness, please use the broom and mop on the last day of your visit, for sure.

It is your little home for your visit. On the last day of your visit, please leave the entire camp and grounds as clean and as neat. as you found it

Dispose of fish remains on an island, out in the water, birds devour them, please NOT at the dock and shore line.

The cut wood is for your warmth, and sauna, NOT for campfires. There is plenty of driftwood around the shores for campfires, easily gathered and broken up.

If you have experienced outboard motor trouble, please report it to the pilots. We need to have it remedied for the following guests. This is important, especially if you are unfamiliar with the lake. Leave the engine TILT LOCK 'OFF OR UNLOCKED, not locked down so if a rock or shoal is struck, the motor bounces up, saving damage to the lower end, which could result in your costly repairs.

We fly out all trash/garbage. If packed in smaller bags, it fits in the float lockers and does not smell up the aircraft cabin. Please use smaller garbage bags to store garbage.

We do recycle, please, please separate beer cans..they are refundable. Also separate plastic items from wet garbage, much appreciated by all Staff.

Take care of each other, enjoy the wilderness, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Be careful in the sauna bath houses. WEAR YOUR LIFE JACKET!!`

Thanks For Visiting Us!!
