Sudbury Aviation operates twelve northern fly-in fishing camps located north of Sudbury. Our base is located four hours north of Toronto or three hours east of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. After twenty years of conservation management the fishing on our lakes today is as good as it was one hundred years ago. Northern Ontario's natural occurring speckled trout, is really a fresh water hybrid arctic char and is thought to have been deposited or stranded in Northern Ontario lakes and rivers by retreating ice sheets many thousands of years ago. In addition, using a fly rod for bass is just the best fishing action ever, try it!
